For operating partners

One marketing standard and one dashboard across every portfolio company

One dashboard from ad click to closed job, and every add-on brought onto the same numbers inside its first month.

The growth team for PE-backed home services platforms.

A budget agent view: pacing by brand for the month, with one brand flagged as overspending and an alert raised.

The problem

Every acquisition arrives with its own definition of a lead

Different agency, different CRM, different counting rules.

Every brand reports differently

One counts form fills, one counts calls, one counts both and deduplicates neither.

Attribution breaks in the CRM

The platform knows the click. The field system knows the job. Nothing joins them.

No portfolio cost per booked job

Without a shared definition you cannot tell an efficient brand from a loosely counted one.

The standard

The systems every brand runs before it joins the portfolio dashboard

The tracking, call scoring and reporting each brand needs before its numbers can be compared with the rest.

Multi-brand spend, by campaign

Every brand, channel and campaign in one place, on one refresh schedule.

Closed-loop joins to field systems

A booked job in the dashboard is a booked job in the system of record.

Call scoring across every center

Junk rate becomes a comparable metric instead of an argument.

Pacing with emergency alerts

A brand burning its month in a week raises an alert that day.

Nightly data integrity checks

A tag that stopped firing is caught before a month of bidding is built on it.

One playbook per add-on

Four weeks, the same every time, so the model holds after close.

Questions

Questions operating partners ask

How do you onboard a new add-on acquisition?

A fixed four-week playbook, not a one-off project: access and audit, tracking rebuilt to the portfolio standard, campaigns rebuilt, then the brand appears in the dashboard on the same definitions as everything else.

Do all the brands have to be on the same CRM?

No, and they never are. We join to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Salesforce. A booked job means the same thing in the dashboard whichever system recorded it.

Can we keep an incumbent agency on one brand?

Yes. What we will not do is report on a brand we have no account access to. A dashboard with one unreliable row is worse than one with a gap.

What does the operating partner actually see?

Spend, leads, booked jobs, cost per booked job and call quality per brand, refreshed daily. Plus the exceptions: budget emergencies, data failures, and any brand whose junk rate moved.

Who owns the accounts?

The portfolio company does, in every case. No long-term contracts. You own your accounts and data.
